- Test and assess candidates using a range of psychometric tools;
- Provide "short-list" candidates for you to interview who meet the position and person criteria;
- Complete reference and other appropriate checks;
- Ensure appropriate arrangements are in place throughout the successful candidate's probationary period and beyond, to ensure a successful ongoing appointment;
- Provide a guarantee on all appointments
