Regular food and beverage staff have successfully completed a Searson Buck Hospitality Finishing School to ensure they provide you the client and your customers with the highest quality service. Many of our professional staff have higher levels of education including Drydale at a local level to international schools, and have worked in Australian and overseas establishments.
