Anna joined Searson Buck in 2005 as a Consultant in the Tempforce Division where she specialised in temporary recruitment for the firm's private sector clients. Anna was promoted to Manager in 2006.
Her role involves Project Management for large scale temporary recruitment projects; key client account management; performance management; and coordination of the Tempforce team at an operational level.
Anna came to Searson Buck after working for some years with a global recruitment firm in Melbourne. She has also worked with the National Australia Bank in marketing and joined PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a Graduate specialising in audit.
Holding a combined Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Tasmania, Anna was on the Dean's Role of Excellence in 1998.
Her breadth of experience in the private sector and her strong communication skills make her a highly valued leader of the Tempforce Division.

Senior Consultant, Temporary Recruitment - Hobart
Anna joined Searson Buck's Temporary staff division as a Consultant in 2003 and was promoted to Senior Consultant in 2006.
Holding an MBA from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tasmania, Anna spent a number of years working in the tourism and hospitality sectors in the United Kingdom and in Tasmania.
Before joining Searson Buck, she was employed as Senior Consultant at Tas Vacations where she worked for three years.
While undertaking an MBA, Anna discovered a passion for HR which led her to Searson Buck, Tasmania's largest, locally owned recruitment and HR firm.
Anna specialises in Government recruitment for temporary/fixed term positions and managed fixed-term contract registers for the Department of Primary Industries and Water, the Department of Police and Emergency Management and the Department of Tourism, Arts and the Environment. Anna also recruits for many other organisations across Local, State and Federal Government.
Anna believes it is important to provide clients with the highest quality candidates, as well as provide the highest quality sesrvice to the temporary employees in her care.

Rhiannon joined Searson Buck after returning home from Queensland in early 2007. Rhiannon works as a specialist hospitality recruitment consultant handling both temporary and permanent appointments for short and long term needs. Temporary needs from our current clients range from fulfilling the requirements of large scale events to providing chefs and wait staff to various restaurants, function or catering style establishments in Hobart. The wide range of permanent roles that Rhiannon has recruited for include management positions (duty managers, wine centre manager), through to kitchen and front line staff appointments. Rhiannon is constantly developing the number of quality hospitality candidates approaching Searson Buck for assistance in gaining positions within the industry.
Rhiannon graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2001 with a Bachelor of Business in Hospitality Management. As an Events Assistant Manager for Conrad Jupiters in Queensland, Rhiannon trained and recruited large volumes of staff to suit the specific requirements of the events department.
Rhiannon brings to her role a wealth of general HR experience plus an operational perspective of the hospitality industry which greatly assists her in providing tailored, industry specific solutions for her clients.

Manager - Northern Recruitment
Rachel joined Searson Buck in the position of Manager - Northern Recruitment, which encompasses the Launceston, Devonport and Burnie branches. Rachel is responsible for the management of staff in both the permanent and temporary recruitment divisions across the North of the State, whilst providing clients with senior level recruitment expertise and support to the overall business development and growth of Searson Buck Recruitment.
Rachel has completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Edith Cowan University in Western Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), majoring in Human Resource Management, from the University of Tasmania. In addition, Rachel is currently undertaking her Master of Business Administration (MBA) through the University of Tasmania .
Prior to joining Searson Buck, Rachel had worked in the Tasmanian Government sector and spent a number of years working in the recruitment industry both in Tasmania and Western Australia as a temporary and permanent recruitment consultant, logistics coordinator and Business Development Manager. Rachel is also Director and Secretary of her own service company located in the North West of the State, which continues as a going concern today.
Rachel's breadth of experience in both the private and public sectors is an invaluable asset to Searson Buck. Rachel is adept in building a strong rapport with clients who enjoy leveraging on her business knowledge to assist in achieving their broader strategic objectives through a resource that provides them with significant competitive advantage - their human resources.

Cameron joined Searson Buck in 2007 to take up a new career direction following two and a half years in Advertising and some time in the retail sector. He completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Tasmania, majoring in English and Journalism in 2004.
At Searson Buck, Cameron is a Recruitment Consultant based in Launceston, and specialises in temporary staff appointments. Cameron is passionate about ensuring that the service he provides is tailor-made, fast and distinctly different from his competitors. Gemma joined Searson Buck on a permanent, full time basis as a Consultant in 2006 and specialises in temporary recruitment for the firm's private sector clients. After two successful years in the Hobart office, Gemma transferred to the Launceston office to continue her work in the temporary recruitment division and develop the northern market.
Gemma has a long history with Searson Buck, having worked intermittently on a casual basis for the company since 1999 as a relief receptionist and in a recruitment support capacity. Whilst working casually for the company, Gemma studied at the University of Tasmania and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2003 with majors in Marketing, International Business, and Business Management. After graduating, Gemma lived and worked in Japan for 2 years teaching English before she returned to Hobart and Searson Buck.
Gemma works closely with businesses across a range of industries from accounting to telecommunications and engineering, providing them with high quality temporary employees. Her enthusiastic and professional approach to her work ensures a constant source of highly skilled, loyal and readily available temp staff, and her focus on several large industry sectors means she has developed excellent relationships with, and a working knowledge of the needs and requirements of her clients.

Rowena joined Searson Buck as a Para Consultant after returning home from New South Wales and Queensland to the North West Coast in late 2007. Due to growth on the North West Coast, Rowena was promoted to the position of Consultant - Temporary Recruitment in March, 2008.
Based in Burnie, Rowena's position consists of working closely with both government and private sector organisations. Rowena also provides specialist recruitment for the hospitality industry. Prior to joining the recruitment industry, Rowena worked in hospitality management, where she managed the day to day operations of 4 & 5 star hotels. It is this experience that underpins Rowena's understanding of the importance of recruiting the right people for Searson Buck's clients.
Rowena holds an advanced diploma of Hospitality Management as well as a Certificate 4 in Human Resources. Rowena brings to her role a wealth of general HR experience plus a sound operational persepctive of the hospitality industry.
