Based in Hobart and working within all branches throughout the State, Aaron manages the ongoing performance and development of the Workforce division to ensure that client and candidate expectations are met and exceeded at all times.

Aaron has 7 years experience in Recruitment and Labour Hire and has worked for Searson Buck for the last year. His goal is to continue to grow and develop client and candidate relationships within Tasmania and interstate.

Mel Davidson

Administration Manager

Mel has over 20 years experience in administration and has been using her skills working with the Searson Buck Workforce division over the last year to recruit Account Managers.

Her goals include continuous improvement and she is always looking for better ways to identfy and recruit the best candidates for Account Managers.

Jamie McClenaghan

Account Manager

Based in Launceston, Jamie joined our Launceston operation in 2004 to assist our blue collar labour management services and now, as a senior member of staff, has an active role in securing and delivering business across the north of the state. He has enjoyed increasing success helping clients with the intricacies of the labour hire market and currently is servicing a wide range of employers in industrial and rural areas with staff ranging from entry level personnel to trade qualified and technical professionals.

Jamie's previous employment roles were customer service related and he is committed to client service and designing strategies and delivery methods to meet specific needs, often in areas where staff are not readily available or cost factors are key. Jamie is currently undertaking relevant study to support his Human Resources career direction.
