Industry Associations and Memberships
As a professional organisation it is important to us and our clients that we support our service credentials with both industry accreditation and the personal training and qualifications of our staff.
Searson Buck is a corporate member of the Recruiting and Consulting Services Association (RCSA), the peak body for recruitment service providers in Australia. One of our company directors is the Tasmanian representative on the Victorian and Tasmanian division council.
Individual Consultants are members of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), we regularly contribute to and attend AHRI events in Tasmania and interstate. We are major state sponsors for the annual HR Week in Tasmania.
We also have representation within the Tasmanian Division of AHRI and have held council positions including the role of 'State President'.
Eighty per cent of Searson Buck Consulting staff are tertiary qualified and our company policy includes providing time and financial assistance towards ongoing study and industry memberships.
