Rewards and Recognition

Searson Buck's Tempforce division provides a unique rewards program to acknowledge all of the hard work undertaken by our temporary employees.

The STAR Rewards program is designed specifically to recognise and thank our temps for their commitment, loyalty and professionalism in representing Searson Buck.   This program incorporates monthly, quarterly and yearly STAR temp prizes, awards and social functions.

Not only are there some great prizes on offer but of course, our winners are all acknowledged in their workplace—to make sure it's not just Searson Buck who knows how fantastic our temps are!

In addition to these structured prizes, Tempforce consultants are always mindful of formally recognising our high performing temps so that they have certificates and acknowledgements which can be added to your resume and used for future employment applications.
