To ensure your hours are correctly recorded and approved by your host employer, please submit your electronic timesheet no later than 10:00am each Monday.

Client Authorisation Approval Statement

Placement of Searson Buck staff is deemed acceptance of our Client Engagement Terms and Conditions. As per our Terms and Conditions:

  • The Client is responsible for maintaining a safe working environment in accordance with relevant WHS legislation and notifying Searson Buck of any incident, injury or illness affecting our Temporary Employees;
  • Fees will apply if engaging Searson Buck staff on a permanent, contract or re-engaging on a temporary basis;
  • Employees are not authorised to negotiate private placement or employment with our clients;
  • Minimum shift duration times and shift cancellation fees apply; and
  • Termination of services and performance related issues must be handled in conjunction with Searson Buck.

Clients are responsible for checking times stated against rosters prior to approving electronic timesheets, as these hours will form the basis of the invoice.

 

Temporary Employee Authorisation

If your supervisor is unavailable to approve your electronic timesheet, please contact your Consultant as soon as possible.

With submission of this Timesheet you acknowledge that:

  • The times I have submitted are correct;
  • I have only performed duties my consultant engaged me to perform; and
  • I have worked the hours submitted and NO injuries have been sustained.

If your engagement is not continuing please advise your Consultant.
