An exciting part-time opportunity exists for an experienced and vibrant Business Development Manager to join an innovative and dynamic retail group in the health and beauty industry. Reporting to the National Sales Manager you will be responsible for strengthening and expanding the groups client base by researching new business opportunities, identifying likely sales points, developing business plans and sales strategies and undertaking presentations and negotiations with prospective customers.

Achievement in your role will include consistently meeting sales budgets and targets, delivering high level customer service and expanding sales opportunities.

To be successful in this role you will possess a minimum of five years sales experience within the retail sector and will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
• An excellent record of high level customer service experience
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy and the ability to learn customer service software applications
• Exercising confidentiality, discretion and diplomacy
• The ability to work in a team environment
