Refrigeration Mechanic

Searson Buck are currently seeking a skilled, qualified Refrigeration Mechanic for our client in Ulverstone.

You will be responsible for providing a high standard of service work in industrial and commercial refrigeration, working in some of the largest food and drink production companies in Northwest and Northern Tasmania.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Good time management and customer service skills
• Technical competence, including well-developed diagnostic and commissioning skills
• An unwavering commitment to safety and quality standards
• The ability and confidence to work alone and unsupervised
• A current Refrigerant Handling Licence & Restricted Electrical Licence
• Current Construction White Card
• Drivers Licence (manual)

Day to day tasks will include:

• Service and breakdown repair including inspection, troubleshooting systems and equipment faults.
• Systems include Freezer Tunnels, Racks, Ammonia & Freon Plants.
• Preventative maintenance
