About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant , you will provide essential support to our trustee and financial services teams. Tasks may include:
- Clerical and administrative support
- Proactive client service and communication
- Assisting with file and document management
- Supporting the team to achieve service delivery goals
We’re seeking candidates who can demonstrate:
- Experience in clerical/administrative tasks, preferably in trustee, legal or financial settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A commitment to the values of Service , Respect , and Integrity
