Searson Buck gears up for the Job Ready Fund.

Tasmanian recruitment, staffing and HR Consulting firm, Searson Buck Group Pty Ltd, is proud to be partnering with the Tasmanian Government to administer the Job Ready Fund.
The Job Ready Fund has been established to assist remove some of the financial barriers of entering the workforce for new eligible trainees and apprentices, and job seekers either looking for work or recently employed.
Tasmanians who meet the eligibility criteria, can apply for financial assistance up to $500 to obtain essential items such as Personal Protective Equipment (P.P.E.), White Card accreditation, work boots, tools, professional work supplies, upskilling courses such as First Aid or a Working with Vulnerable People registration.
Searson Buck has set up an online portal on its website where interested individuals can learn more about the Job Ready Fund. Businesses or industry groups can register online to get specific information and support for workers or trainees, that may be applicable only to their industry or sector in Tasmania.
